About this website
This website provides information about MHK Building Solutions Ltd, our trade services, software products and ways to contact us. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a contract, booking or guarantee of availability.
Enquiries, quotations and bookings
Sending a website form, Job Check or message is an enquiry. A job is only booked when MHK confirms the arrangement. Any quotation, scope, price, timing, deposit or payment terms supplied for a particular job take priority over general website wording.
Job Check is not an emergency service
MHK Job Check is designed to help us review non-emergency enquiries. Do not wait for an online response where there is an immediate danger. If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, see fire or smoke, or believe an electrical situation presents immediate danger, move to safety and use the appropriate emergency service or emergency gas/electricity route.
Technical information
Articles, videos, software descriptions and other technical information are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for a competent person inspecting a specific installation, appliance or fault. Do not carry out unsafe gas or electrical work based only on website or social-media content.
Software and external services
PAT Test App and other software may have separate product terms, privacy information or Google Play subscription terms. External services such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Google Play are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Links
We may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. MHK does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, MHK branding, original website copy, project photographs, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to MHK Building Solutions Ltd. They must not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law allows.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the website available, but content can become out of date and online services can occasionally be interrupted. Contact MHK if you need confirmation of current services, pricing or availability.
Privacy
How we handle website and Job Check personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
